1.log to your webmail through:yourdomain/webmail
2.enter your email address and password
3.log to your email through Round Cube.
4.On the right side,click Settings.
5.Now, you can manage all your email options and features from here.
6.Click on Preferences, then composing message.
7.In Compose HTML message choose from drop down always.
8.Click Save.
9.Click on Identities
10.Then click on your email address.
11.you can manager your email features ,where your Name or your company name whatever you want your recipients see when they receive an email from you.
12.For adding signature,click on Signature, mark right in HTML Signature box.
13.On the left side of the box of signature click on HTML.
14.open your signature with notepad.
15. Copy and paste in the entire box.
16.Click update.
17.Click Save.
Now, you are done confguring your email options
