Setting Up a Domain Alias in Plesk Panel




Domain Aliases allows you to assign more than one domain name to one web site with Action you can have an unlimited number of domains pointing to a single web site.

For example, if you have the domain "mydomain.com" set up as an alias to the hosting account for "myotherdomain.com," anyone browsing to "mydomain.com" will go to the "myotherdomain.com" Web site.

To set up a domain alias:

1.Go to your plesk panel through : yourdomain.com:8880

2.Enter your username and your password.

3.Click on Add New Domain Alias Button

 

4.In Domain name alias enter: the desired domain alias name, i.e yourotherdomain.com.

5.Click OK.

 

 

Now, you have yourotherdomain.com as a domain alias for your domain
