1.From the Home screen, choose Settings.
2.Then click Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3.In the Accounts section, click Add Account.....
4.Then choose Other.
5.Choose Add Mail Account under the Mail section.
6.In Your Name write: your Name or your company name whatever you want your recipients see when they receive an email from you.
7.In Email Address enter : your email address (i.e userrname@yourdomain.com).
8.Then in Password enter :your password.
9.Click Next.
10.In Incoming mail server
- In Hostname enter:outgoing servers you received in your welcome email (I.e ….enter: ds01.nilehosting.com or leap.nilehosting.com ).
- In user name enter : your email address (i.e userrname@yourdomain.com).
- In Password enter :your password.
11.In Outgoing mail server
- In Hostname enter:outgoing servers you received in your welcome email (I.e ….enter: ds01.nilehosting.com or leap.nilehosting.com ).
- In user name enter : username of tedata
- In Password enter :your password of tedata
12.you will receive message that account may not able to send or receive emails,Are to you sureyou want to save it? Click : Save
13. Upon successful completion, you will be taken back to the Mail Settings screen. You will still need to configure your folders since you are using IMAP.
- Select your newly created account and enter the Advanced section
- Change your IMAP Path to INBOX
14.Then go to SMTP Tab, make sure that outgoing server port is 587
15.Click Done
Congratulations! You're done configuring your mail to send and receive messages.
