Access your Advanced DNS settings

The DNS (Domain Name System) records control the functionality of domain names. Each registered domain name has a DNS record that includes MX, A, and CNAME records and name servers

Advanced DNS Records are pre-configured to utilize your Nile Hosting services. Advanced users may wish to modify these records in order to add new hosts to the domain, change IP addresses, or modify where email messages are delivered.  This option is helpful if you want to keep one of your  services active (e.g., your emailbox) and host your other service (e.g., your website) with another provider.

The CNAME Record: A CNAME (canonical name) record is a DNS record that can be used to create host names for a domain name. These host names can be set to point to other domain names or host names.

The MX Record: An MX (mail exchange) record can be used to point your domain name email services to your own mail server.

The A Record : An A (address) record is a DNS record that can be used to point your domain name and host names to a static IP address.
