How to Block a Sender on Microsoft Outlook or Windows mail ?

Many emails are sent every day. Some of them are not welcome. If you find many of these unwanted messages are from the same sender, you can block all mail from that sender easily in Outlook 2007 or Windows mail.

To add a sender to your list of blocked senders in Windows Mail :

1.Open a message from the undesired sender or highlight it in the message list.

2.Select Actions Message | Junk E-mail | Spam address| Add Sender to Blocked Senders List from the menu.

To add a sender to your list of blocked senders in Outlook 2007:

1.Highlight a message from the person you want to block.
2.Click on Junk Emails
3.Select Block Sender... from the menu.
4. A message will appear to you to add the account in a Block, Click Yes
